[02]What we collect

We only collect what you hand us yourself, plus the technical data any web server records.

• Contact and quote forms — first name, last name, company or university, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Newsletter — your e-mail address.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you open. This is recorded by our web server and by the anti-spam service that protects our forms.

We do not ask for and do not want any special category data — health, biometrics, political or religious views. Please keep them out of the message field.

The site needs no cookies of its own to work — it stores nothing about you in your browser.

which analytics or measurement tools the live site will run (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible), and whether a cookie banner is therefore required.

Third-party services embedded in the page — the anti-spam protection on the forms and the map on the contact page — may set their own cookies under their own terms.

[05]Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone who is not helping us run the service you asked for. The processors we use are:

• our web hosting and e-mail provider,
• the automation service that delivers form submissions to our inbox,
• the newsletter tool,
• the anti-spam service protecting the forms.

the concrete company names and countries, and confirmation of transfers outside the EU (the anti-spam and map services are operated from the USA).

[06]How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as the purpose lasts.

• Enquiries that led nowhere — confirm the period
• Contracts, invoices and related records — for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law.
• Newsletter — until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.

[07]Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data about you we hold and give you a copy,
• correct anything inaccurate,
• delete your data, where no legal duty requires us to keep it,
• restrict processing or object to it,
• hand your data over to you or to another controller in a machine-readable format,
• withdraw a consent you gave us — which does not affect what happened before you withdrew it.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.

When the way we handle data changes, we update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes to processing based on your consent are never applied retroactively — we ask you again.
